Byrd’s Farm Foods Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for choosing Byrd’s Farm Foods. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality food products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, in accordance with California’s FDA rules and regulations.


Return Policy


Due to the perishable nature of certain products, we do not accept returns for perishable goods, including food, honey, sauces, and spices. However, we are happy to offer refunds or credits for perishable goods if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.


For non-perishable items, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).


To request a refund or credit for perishable goods, please contact us at support@byrdsfarm.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


For non-perishable items, return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any products. Please contact us to begin the return process.


Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@byrdsfarm.com. We will assess the issue and make it right in accordance with US FDA guidelines.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, honey, sauces, spices) — these may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).

Personal care products (e.g., moisturizers or Cleansers).


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges for perishable goods. If you wish to exchange a non-perishable item, please contact us at suupport@byrdsfarm.com for to return the original item for a refund or credit, and place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you are issued a credit, it will be applied to your account for future use.
