Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or special sales events, and we will inform you of any delays via email.


Shipping Methods


We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Arrives within 1 business day (only available for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days).


Shipping times are estimates and can vary based on location, carrier delays, and external factors.


Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 within the continental United States.


International Shipping


We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Address Accuracy


Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your order. Byrd’s Farm Foods is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Damaged Shipments


In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at support@byrdsfarm.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Shipping Restrictions


We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not offer shipping to certain remote or restricted areas.
